Please feel free to post questions and answers to anything Recruitment software related. After all software needn’t be puzzling!
In addition to this I will post useful and un biased tips on the best practice when looking at software vendors and also try to help you avoid some of the usual pitfalls!

Well I will start the ball rolling with the age old question: Do I buy a leased based software package? (per month/ per user) or do I look for a vendor that sells me the license outright and only charges annual support?
