Using the RecSocial Job Board
For EmployersTo start posting jobs you need to firstly Create your Company. Once the company has been authorised by RecSocial.com you may then proceed to Post Job Vacancies. Use Employer Tools to manage applications, letter templates and post vacancies.
For Job Seekers
To start applying for job vacancies, you must first go to Job Seeker Tools, register your details and Add Your Resume. Once registered you can search and apply for current vacancies. Use Job Seeker Tools to manage your applications, template letters and CV listings.
Privacy and applying for vacancies
To apply for positions your CV status must be ‘PUBLISHED’. Please note that when a CV is published it can be viewed by all RecSocial.com Employers Members if they conduct a database CV search. You can however block various companies from viewing your CV, this is done on registering your details. We do advise if you want your details to remain private once you have applied for the vacancies you want, go into the ‘job seekers’ area and update your CV status to ‘Unpublished’. This means that your CV will not be searchable. Should you wish to apply for vacancies again in the future you just need to amend your status to published.
Job Seekers and Employers status
You can either be a Job Seeker or an Employer. An ‘Employer’ is someone who posts job opportunities and will have access to the ‘Employers Tools’ area. A ‘Job Seeker’ is someone who uploads a CV and applies for vacancies, you have access to the ‘Job Seekers Tools’ area. Please note at present you cannot be both an employer and a job seeker at the same time.
